We had the pleasure to be driven to and from the airport by the Affordable Towncar Service team. Despite my hiccup when making my reservation, Barrett and Julie pulled a magic trick and were prompt to make it work once we noticed the luggage with the amount of passengers were not going to fit. On our way back, despite our flight arriving early, it took over an hour for the plane to get to the gate and our luggage arrive, Tim was extremely patient with us. It also helped that they had a toddler car seat available to bring our little one. They were kind, attentive, and provided a thorough service.

I will NEVER use UBER again. I had NO idea how wonderful and affordable this service is. They are lovely to work with. I had EXTRA luggage and envisioned myself sitting at CLT in the middle of the night on a bench trying to get a ride to the hotel. Claude suggested a limo service and this was one of the ones mentioned. From the time I called they were wonderful. And so affordable compared to the UBER XL. The fact that I KNEW they would be there. When my flight was cancelled and I was postponed by one day, they didn't blink, just assured me they would be there and THEY WERE. I will NEVER use UBER again, if if I don't have much luggage. It so beats sitting on a bench, trying to figure out which UBER is mine and trying to connect with the driver. PLEASE don't be like me and think Limo service, isn't that for like funerals and proms.. LOL NO this is a class act, EXECUTIVE service that is affordable and worth every penny! They are my new Go To always when flying in to Charlotte.

Excellent, punctual, and dependable service with a comfortable and clean vehicle. Barrett is very kind and concerned to provide the very best customer service possible! Highly recommended, whether for airport shuttle or important in-town formal events like weddings or for chauffeur services to meetings or events...Barrett will personally arrange exactly what is needed. He was very helpful with our recent chauffeured trip around Charlotte. I will definitely use him again!

The driver, Chris, was professional and knowledgeable, and the car was immaculately clean and roomy.
I was so impressed with this service I've already requested another ride.
All of the staff, particularly Julie, were cordial and dealt with multiple changes and complications due to the weather with ease and proficiently.
The arrival and pick up were perfectly timed.
