We were asked by the bride and groom to find a "get away" car from their receiption. Your service was spot on! the vehicle was there on time, clean and the driver was deyond friendly. I called Affordable Towncar services with only 2 weeks until Prom. They were so kind and helpful and were able to provide me with a luxury towncar for my daughter's prom. They included 3 stops plus gratuity into one very affordable package so everything was taken care of and she and her date could relax and enjoy their evening. The driver was professional and very dapper! I felt every confidence sending them off with him behind the wheel. Who knew the terrible thunderstorms and flash flood warnings would occur the night of prom...I was even more grateful to have an experienced adult escorting them through Uptown and home again. I work for a company that was in need of transporting clients to an event a few hours from the Charlotte area and found Affordable Towncar Service online. When I called them to see if they could help us out with this special request, Barrett told me they had the perfect vehicle to fit our needs, and they did! Their rates were extremely reasonable, and the service they provided was impeccable. I was also pleased to learn that this is a long-standing family owned business, and both "J" and Barrett were extremely personable and professional throughout the entire process. I've been working with Barrett and J Klutts for about 7 years and have had nothing less than stellar service. They provided everything from airport pick-ups for individuals to transportation for 500+ people around town for our large conferences. They are reasonably priced and are the nicest, most professional guys in town. Never did I have a negative comment regarding them or their driving team. I did however get compliments and requests from my companies' guests and travelers. They exude sweet southern charm and make you feel like one of the family. We used ATS for a sales meeting yesterday and all I can say is WOW! They picked our reps up at the hotel to bring to our factory and then picked up again later in the afternoon to take them from the factory to the airport. This was a pleasure from the first phone call. I worked with Jay, he gave me a very fair price and his follow up was incredible. The driver showed up for both trips on time and driving a very nice Mercedes Sprinter. They represented our brand in a wonderful way. We don't have the opportunity to use a car service often but when we do this will be our only choice. Thank you guys!

Been using these guys for more than 5 years now to get to and from the airport. Never have I experienced them being late or in any way unprofessional! I can recommend them to everyone who's looking for a reasonably priced limo ride!

I used Affordable Towncar services to take my stepson and date to dinner, then to their prom. J was super sweet to work with! He made the process super simple and was always available for questions. My stepson reported that the driver was professional, polite, on time, etc! The pricing is super reasonable-would totally use them again!

I had a very early flight from Charlotte last Monday and came across Affordable Towncar Service. I called them up and they gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed the details of the upcoming trip. They even called again later to confirm details about my address. So far, so good. Monday morning rolls around, but Affordable Towncar Service does not. I didn't receive so much as phone call or email explaining the no show - nothing. Instead I had to drag my wife out of bed at 4am to race me to the airport (thankfully, I made my flight). Given their lack of customer service (or any service, for that matter) I would not recommend them to anyone.

I flew into Charlotte on Thanksgiving day and Affordable Towncar service was one of the only town car service's that had someone available to pick me up. And at only $40 to boot! I called them when i took off from Atlanta what only gave them about 50 minuets to arrange a driver to get me. I was greeted by someone holding a sign with my name who walked with me to baggage claim. once i spotted my luggage the driver picked it up for me and we walked to his town car. Very clean and nice car at that, they use silver car's instead of black i like it actually. But best of all they had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. This right here topped the cake when we arrived to my house they brought my luggage to my door and wished me a happy thanksgiving. I personally will use Affordable Town Car Service for now on a Taxi costs me $45 bucks with a tip from my house they charged $40 and got a $10 tip well worth the $5 difference to have a clean smoke-free car with a nice ride.
