I have used this service for a while and have been so satisfied with their service that I decided to write a review for them as they deserve the praise! From scheduling to pick up and drop off to returning after a long trip to take you back home in a comfortable vehicle. This service provides everything one would want in a car service! I recommend them highly!

I have booked Affordable Towncar Service over the last couple weeks for my early morning (5:30am) ride to the airport, and have them booked again for next week! They're so nice, the cars are clean, they're on time, communicative and just lovely. After getting fed up with Uber rides to the airport, I'm officially a convert. Since I've booked these last 2 rides just the day before, I've called to make the reservation, and both times the woman I spoke to (owner, I believe) was so friendly. Highly recommend!

Barrett was very helpful in booking our transportation for the Beyonce concert. I called Barrett back to update our trip itinerary, and it was updated immediately, and the new itinerary was emailed over. Our driver Jackson was very manerable and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely book Affordable Towncar again.

Affordable town car service was great! I called them trying to find transportation for 10 people for PNC Pavilion with only 24 hours notice. They had a nice sprinter van available for us and the driver was punctual, communicative, and professional. I spoke with one of the owners on the phone a few times and he was lovely as well. Having a secured ride to and from the concert was well worth the money. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding!! Five stars! My son’s flight was canceled and rerouted to the Charlotte airport, leaving him stranded an hour and a half from his actual destination. I called last minute, and Barrett was not only able to accommodate my request but also picked my son up on time and escorted him to his original destination. They were extremely responsive and took excellent care of my son. I was 1000 miles away and can’t express my gratitude enough for the reassurance and professionalism they provided.

I would rate this company 10 stars if I could. They provided the absolute best customer service from my inbound inquiry to the day of the event. We rented a sprinter van for my son's 12 year old birthday party transportation. The driver was very communicative, prompt, and professional. I believe I was working with the owners during my booking and they were the absolute best ! We will most definitely be using them again and highly recommend that you do !

Extremely professional, gave an update the day of our early morning transport. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours on our return trip and our driver kept in contact with us and we never had to worry about a thing. Used them from Rock Hill, S.C. to the airport in Charlotte on a Sunday morning. Called ahead on Friday to set it up. They were 100% on time, professional, very nice Suburban, clean, and polite driver. I would recommend them. I was nervous since I had never used them and had to give them my credit card info to secure the ride. They didn't charge my card until after the ride was complete. All good!

I can not tell you how wonderful they were! My son was stranded at the airport and no Lyfts, or Ubers were available. Yellow cab gave me a hour wait time! American Airline had a huge group of flights delayed (for days) and everyone was scrambling for rides to hotels. My poor son was tired,(they waited 4 hours on the plane after it landed) nervous, (first trip alone) and far from home. Julie said the wait time would be about 45 minutes. After I told her the story, she called her brother (who was off for the night) and he went and picked my son up. I hope this doesn't have people asking him to do the same for them...lol..but this was such a blessing I had to share.

Use them to get to the airport we like the fact that the drivers are checked by homeland fingerprint and have a permit to drive. We felt safer using them over uber. Our driver was early for our pick up and could not have been nicer

We tried to do something special for our thirteen year old. We found out after they dropped them off that they wouldn’t let the girls sit in the back of the Navigator! Hello...it has three rows for a reason!!! Teenage girls should not have to sit 4 to a row (it’s illegal) and one in front next to a man they don’t know. He wouldn’t let them listen to music. He said, “we only have 10 minutes left. I would rather not do that” We paid a lot of money for this and they should have been able to do that even if they were pulling up to the desination. The owner wants to act like it’s my girl and not own up to the fact that his driver was rude. Will tell everyone I know to not do service with them!!!

I called Affordable Towncar services with only 2 weeks until Prom. They were so kind and helpful and were able to provide me with a luxury towncar for my daughter's prom. They included 3 stops plus gratuity into one very affordable package so everything was taken care of and she and her date could relax and enjoy their evening. The driver was professional and very dapper! I felt every confidence sending them off with him behind the wheel. Who knew the terrible thunderstorms and flash flood warnings would occur the night of prom...I was even more grateful to have an experienced adult escorting them through Uptown and home again. When I called them to see if they could help us out with this special request, Barrett told me they had the perfect vehicle to fit our needs, and they did! We used ATS to pick up reps at the hotel and bring to the factory and then again from the factory and take to the airport. They arrived on time and drove a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter. Arrangements were made with Jay and he made it super easy and gave me a better price than his competitors. I've been working with Barrett and J Klutts for about 7 years and have had nothing less than stellar service. They provided everything from airport pick-ups for individuals to transportation for 500+ people around town for our large conferences. They are reasonably priced and are the nicest, most professional guys in town. Never did I have a negative comment regarding them or their driving team. I did however get compliments and requests from my companies' guests and travelers. They exude sweet southern charm and make you feel like one of the family. We used ATS for a sales meeting yesterday and all I can say is WOW! They picked our reps up at the hotel to bring to our factory and then picked up again later in the afternoon to take them from the factory to the airport. This was a pleasure from the first phone call. I worked with Jay, he gave me a very fair price and his follow up was incredible. The driver showed up for both trips on time and driving a very nice Mercedes Sprinter. They represented our brand in a wonderful way. We don't have the opportunity to use a car service often but when we do this will be our only choice. Thank you guys!

I had a very early flight from Charlotte last Monday and came across Affordable Towncar Service. I called them up and they gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed the details of the upcoming trip. They even called again later to confirm details about my address. So far, so good. Monday morning rolls around, but Affordable Towncar Service does not. I didn't receive so much as phone call or email explaining the no show - nothing. Instead I had to drag my wife out of bed at 4am to race me to the airport (thankfully, I made my flight). Given their lack of customer service (or any service, for that matter) I would not recommend them to anyone.

I flew into Charlotte on Thanksgiving day and Affordable Towncar service was one of the only town car service's that had someone available to pick me up. And at only $40 to boot! I called them when i took off from Atlanta what only gave them about 50 minuets to arrange a driver to get me. I was greeted by someone holding a sign with my name who walked with me to baggage claim. once i spotted my luggage the driver picked it up for me and we walked to his town car. Very clean and nice car at that, they use silver car's instead of black i like it actually. But best of all they had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. This right here topped the cake when we arrived to my house they brought my luggage to my door and wished me a happy thanksgiving. I personally will use Affordable Town Car Service for now on a Taxi costs me $45 bucks with a tip from my house they charged $40 and got a $10 tip well worth the $5 difference to have a clean smoke-free car with a nice ride.
